How to enjoy

Cornstarch can be used to thicken soups, stews, sauces, cake fillings and puddings. Before adding it to a pot, create a slurry by mixing some cornstarch and water to form a smooth paste. Allow to cook for a few minutes to get rid of the starchy flavour. Cornstarch can also be mixed with flour to create lighter cakes and pastries.
