How does Click & Collect work?

Vava pantry shall advise you of your calculated shipping fees prior to dispatch and will outline the shipping costs to you prior to payment of your order. 

NOTE:

• Vava pantry reserves the right to cancel your order in the event the shipping fee is insufficient. If this is the case, we will immediately alert you.
• It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping information and keep your account details up to date.

Dispatch

 Your order will be dispatched by the date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation which will be sent to you via email. If no dispatch date is specified, then you will receive your order within 7 days of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation. This is subject to reasonable delays and unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Click and Collect

How does Click & Collect work?

Our Click and Collect service is available on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 

Simply place your order and pay for your product via our website and we will have your order ready for pick up.

Same day collection is available if your order is placed before mid-day. 

However, we will send you a confirmation email as soon as it’s ready.
