How to enjoy

To prepare, soak overnight in plenty of water. The next day, drain the beans and place in a pot of cold water. Bring to the boil and skim any foam that forms at the surface. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, partially covered, for 40 mins to an hour until beans are tender.
