How to enjoy

To prepare, rinse, drain, add to a pot and cover with plenty of water. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat and cook for 20-30 minutes or until completely tender. Use in curries, soups and stews, blend into a dip, or use in salads or veggie burgers.
