How to enjoy

Whole buckwheat berries are excellent for grain bowls, salads, soups or risotto. It can be served as a substitute to rice, or added to a supersalad as you would quinoa, millet or freekeh. To prepare, bring 1 cup of rinsed buckwheat grains and 1 3/4 cups water/stock/liquid to the boil, and then cover, reduce heat and allow to simmer for about 18-20 mins until the grains are tender but chewy.
