How to enjoy

This activated charcoal powder can be consumed orally or used externally. For whiter teeth, dip a wet toothbrush into the powder and brush gently for a couple of minutes and then rinse really well. Repeat several times a week, alternating with normal toothpaste. For clearer skin, mix half a spoon of the charcoal with half a spoon of clay mask or bentonite clay along with a spoon of water to help form a smooth paste. Apply the mask on clean skin, leave on for about 10 minutes until it dries, then wash skin and pat gently. For a cleaner scalp, massage half a teaspoon of powder into dry scalp and leave for at least 10 minutes before rinsing and following your regular shower routine. Activated charcoal can also be consumed orally - add to a glass of water, smoothies, or baked goods. Adding some charcoal powder to dough creates the trendy black coloured burger buns and pizza bases.
