How to enjoy

Cloves can be used whole or in their ground powder form. Add to curries, rice, stews, soups, stocks, marinades and rubs. Ground clove can be added to cakes, cookies (gingerbread) and cobblers for a very warm flavour, similar to cinnamon. It can also be brewed for tea (chai) or coffee.
