RAS AL HANOUT Sale
Ras el hanout is a Moroccan spice blend that has no mandatory composition of spices. Its name is arabic for “head of the shop” or in other words means top shelf, or the best spices the seller has to offer. This pungent mix has an unexpected balanced flavour from spices like cinnamon and cloves with sweet accents from others like cardamom and lavender. It is spicy without necessarily being hot and can have strong floral notes depending on the ingredients. It is a common spice used in North African and Moroccan cuisine - used in tangines, spice rubs, couscous, yoghurt, dips and more.
