How to enjoy

Add to curries, rice, stews, soups, stocks, marinades and rubs. Ground clove can be added to cakes, cookies (gingerbread) and cobblers for a very warm flavour, similar to cinnamon. It can also be brewed for tea (chai) or coffee.
