These sweet chewy dried peaches can be enjoyed as a snack on their own or added to a trail mix of other nuts, seeds and dried fruit. Add to sweet and savoury bakes such as breads and muffins. Use in raw food recipes, energy balls, muesli bars... Chop them up and sprinkle over breakfast bowls, smoothies or yoghurt. They also go well with savoury dishes - sprinkle over salads or soups. Dried peaches can be partially rehydrated and softened by soaking in hot water. Use softened peaches for a peach cobbler, or puree and nclude in cooking, baking or dessert toppings.
