These sweet chewy dried nectarines can be enjoyed as a snack on their own or added to a trail mix of other nuts, seeds and dried fruit. Add to sweet and savoury bakes such as breads and muffins. Use in raw food recipes, energy balls, muesli bars... Chop them up and sprinkle over breakfast bowls, smoothies or yoghurt. They also go well with savoury dishes - sprinkle over salads. Dried nectarines can be partially rehydrated and softened by soaking in hot water. Use softened nectarines for a cobbler, or puree and include in cooking, baking or dessert toppings.
