Coconut flour: If baking with coconut flour, replace 20% of the flour in the recipe with coconut flour. Keep in mind that it tends to absorb more liquid than other flours. You can also mix it with other flours for a fluffier texture. Coconut flour can be used when making bread, muffins, pancakes and other baked goods. It can also be used to thicken soups and stews or as a binding agent in patties.
