As with all seeds, toasting coriander seeds will bring out more of the aromatic flavour. Coriander seeds can be used whole or ground into a powder. It can be used to season and flavour both sweet and savoury dishes. Use in marinades, spice rubs, curries and stews. Add to pickling solutions, chutneys, cookies and cakes.
