Dill tips, also known as Dill weed, are the dried leaves of the dill plant that belongs to the same family as parsley and celery. It can brighten any food with its fresh flavours of anise and lemon. It pairs very nicely with seafood, creamy sauces, veggies, salads and meats. Note that dill tips are have a different flavour profile to dill seeds.

When used in cooking, dill tips will lose flavour the longer they are cooked, so should be added towards the end of cooking. Dill tips work very well with seafood sauces, salad dressings, chicken and soups.
