SUMAC POWDER Sale
Sumac spice is derived from the dried and ground berries of a flowering plant that belongs to the anacardiaceae family, native to North America, East Asia and other temperate climates around the globe. The name of the plant, sumac, came from the Aramaic language and means red, because of its red colour. This colourful spice adds a distinct zesty, tangy, lemon like flavour to dishes, and is often added to other spice blends including zaatar.
