Raw cashews are extremely versatile. They can be enjoyed as a snack on their own, or added to a trail mix or nut mix along with some seeds and dried fruit. They're a great addition to a grazing platter or cheese board. Cashews can be chopped up and added to granola, muffins, salads, or other savoury dishes. You could blend cashews into a nut butter to spread on toast or use in salad dressings. Try using cashews to create a pesto! Cashews can be used to make a dairy free milk. To do so, soak the cashews overnight, drain and blend with 4 parts water along with some sweetener (Honey or maple syrup) and some salt. You can choose to strain it. The mylk can last up to 4 days in the fridge, stored in an airtight container.
