Roast your own raw red skin peanuts for a satisfying, healthy snack. You can add a little salt or get creative with your spices. Roast for 15-20 mins at 175C. Keep in mind that peanuts continue to cook as they cool. Sprinkle with desired seasoning, allow to cool, and enjoy! Delicious on their own, roasted peanuts are a perfect snack. They can also be combined with other nuts, crisps, seeds and dried fruit. Blend your roasted peanuts into a preservative free homemade peanut butter. Toss roasted peanuts into salads and pasta dishes for added flavour and texture, or sprinkle over smoothie bowls and porridge for some added protein.
