Quinoa, often categorized as a superfood, has long been prized for its nutrition- the Incas referred to Quinoa as the mother of all grains. Although commonly referred to as a grain, Quinoa is actually a seed that grows in a rainbow of colours, from white to black to red to green and many colours in between. Quinoa seeds can be rolled into these quinoa flakes that can be used similar to rolled oat flakes. This organic product is GMO free, and contains no preservatives or artificial flavours.

Quinoa flakes cook similar to rolled oats. Create a quinoa porridge that can be enjoyed hot or cold by either cooking quinoa on the stovetop or soaking overnight. Quinoa flakes can be used to make granola, bircher, muesli, and other energy foods such as energy balls or energy bars. Blitz quinoa flakes in a food processor to create quinoa flour that can be used to make pancakes, muffins and other baked goods. Add to a crumble, or toast and sprinke over desserts.
