Quinoa seeds can be milled into this naturally gluten free quinoa flour, great for baking, thickening and binding. This organic product is GMO free, and contains no preservatives or artificial flavours.

Quinoa flour is high in protein and high in fiber so is a great for gluten free baking! If you find the flavour of quinoa flour a little bitter, toast it first. Quinoa flour can be used to make pancakes, waffles, cookies, brownies, pizza crusts, bread, savoury snacks and crackers. It can also be used to thicken soups and sauces or bind patties.
