How to enjoy

Rice malt syrup can be used as a sweetener in sweet and savory dishes as well as beverages, smoothies and snacks. Try using it in cakes, muffins, smoothies, salad dressings and marinades. When replacing the sugar in a recipe with rice malt syrup, use 25% more of the syrup. 1 cup of sugar can be replaced with 1 1/4 cup of rice malt syrup. Since it is a syrup, you will have to reduce the liquid in the recipe (for example milk) by 1/4 cup (or 25%).
