How to enjoy

To prepare, soak beans overnight in plenty of water. When ready to cook, drain, rinse, and place in a pot with plenty of water (at least one inch of water above the beans). Bring to the boil then reduce the heat to low and allow to simmer for 40-60 mins or until tender. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking. Lima beans are delicious in soups, stews, chilis and pair well with chicken, meat, seafood and veggies.
