How to enjoy

Dried figs make a great snack on their own and are a great addition to other snack-ables and grazing platters. Add chopped up figs to a bowl of porridge for a naturally sweet topping. Dried figs can be partially rehydrated by soaking them in hot water or juice. This can be used to top desserts or Icecream. In addition, you can puree rehydrated figs and use as a natural sweetener for cakes, puddings or jams. Dried figs can be used interchangeably with prunes, dried apricot or dates.
